How many apartments are on a floor, and how large are they?
Each typical floor has four three-bedroom apartments of 143.25, 150, 166 and 162 m² (Apartments 1 to 4). The areas are as supplied.
Can I see inside an apartment before it is built?
You can walk through furnished 3D models of all four apartments and explore the interactive tower model. They are concept reconstructions; furniture and room divisions are illustrative.
How many floors does the tower have?
The number of floors and the heights are not yet confirmed by approved drawings. The 3D tower model is built on assumptions that are listed in its Sources and assumptions panel.
Does the roof have a helipad?
The architectural images show a helipad on the roof. The image is not an approval of a permit or of use; use of the roof is subject to approved project records.
Shared spaces
What shared spaces does it have?
A celebration hall, a cinema, a fitness space, a café and library, and a social lounge. Their final positions follow the approved plan.
