Details you submit to follow up a request are used only for that request.
What is collected?
Your name, mobile number and, if you choose, email, the residence you are interested in, the type of request, a suggested time and your message. The page of origin and the campaign identifier are recorded with the request. For a brochure request, whether the brochure was downloaded is recorded too, and the sales team can add a status and a note to follow up.
Retention and access
In the local version of this website, requests are stored in that server's database only after intake has been activated. No automatic forwarding to a third-party service, email or CRM is configured in this version. Access to the data should be limited to the authorised sales owner.
Requests to delete data
The official way to request access to or deletion of data, and the retention period, will be set by the project owner and published on this page before the website is made public. Until then, intake should not be activated for public release.
By default, this website has no behavioural-analytics tools and no marketing cookies. It makes no requests to third-party services; only your language and day/dusk preferences are stored, in your own browser.
